Chronic illness is a growing concern around the world, and nursing interventions are critical for the implementation of clinical and long-term management of the patient's care. Clinical nursing interventions will be pivotal in determining patient outcomes, enhancing patient quality of life, and ultimately reducing the global burden of care. This research examines the impact of nursing interventions on patients with chronic illnesses, with a focus on their effectiveness in managing symptoms, preventing complications, and promoting long-term recovery. This research encompasses a systematic review of the literature on various nursing interventions, comparing their efficacy across different populations. Additionally, a proposed model for exploring clinical outcomes attributable to nursing interventions will be presented, highlighting nursing outcomes in both the short-term and long-term. The study examines the consequences associated with different nursing interventions, utilizing straightforward and valid data collection and analysis, with a focus on chronic illness care and management. The implications of the findings demonstrate the personalized nature of the approach. Nursing interventions must be the focus, as well as the recognition that nursing must continually strive to improve clinical practice for the benefit of patients and their care. The study findings will provide new insights into nursing practices and the utilization of nursing for patient management and long-term care provision, and offer recommendations for further research.
