Abstract

The primary focus is on improving the patient's recovery speed and reducing hospital readmissions. This has brought the role of nursing to the forefront of patient care. This paper aims to analyze various nursing care models that aim to improve patient outcomes and reduce the likelihood of patient readmission. In examining the literature and current nursing trends, this paper seeks to analyze various nursing care models that have proven effective for hospital patients, with a focus on their long-term health outcomes. Paper Nursing presents a new conceptual model for analyzing nursing care practices and offers a comprehensive matrix to guide nursing care, ensuring patient recovery. Checking patient recovery data, this study compares various nursing interventions and identifies major determinants affecting recovery and reading rates. The study's findings offer insights into care improvements based on nursing practices, striking a balance between care quality and resource efficiency. Furthermore, it closes with strategic guidelines for care professionals, managers, and policymakers to implement validated nursing methods, supporting continuous study and innovation in this sector.
